How will my order be delivered to me?

When you place an order for our product through USPS, the order will typically be fulfilled by the supplier and shipped directly to the customer (you). The supplier will handle all aspects of the fulfillment process, including printing the product, packaging it, and shipping it to the customer's address. The shipping method and delivery time will depend on the supplier's policies and the shipping options they offer. On average, the processing time of your order may take between 5-10 business days, and the shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose. However, please note that during peak seasons like holiday periods, shipping and processing times may be longer.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

After placing an order on AXS Merch, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact customer service for assistance.
How do I check the status of my order?
Answer :
You can check the status of your order in our tracking page linked in our header navigation. Simply input the tracking number you received via email and you should be able to find real-time shipping status.
Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we don't cancel orders but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@axsmerch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you allow exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $10 for all orders. This means that the cost of shipping will be $10, regardless of the quantity or weight of the items in your order. This allows our customers to easily budget for shipping costs, knowing that the charge will always be the same. Please note that this flat rate shipping charge only applies to domestic orders.
